1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 7000bet platform and all associated services ("Services"). By accessing the platform, registering, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.
7000bet is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games, slots, and live casino services. These Terms define the legal relationship between members and the platform, and clarify the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

2 Membership and Registration
2.1 Eligibility for Registration
To become a member of 7000bet, the following conditions must be met:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be a valid citizen or resident of Bangladesh.

- Only one account may be opened per person.
- Only one account may be registered per mobile number.
2.2 Registration Process
All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be accurate and complete. If any information is found to be false or incomplete, 7000bet reserves the right to cancel the account and suspend the associated balance.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
To prevent fraud and ensure security, 7000bet may request identity verification from a member at any time. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until verification is complete. Required documents may include a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification.

3 Account Management
3.1 Login Security
Each member is responsible for the security of their own account. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. If any unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify the 7000bet support team immediately.
3.2 Account Suspension or Closure
7000bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account under any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
- Unusual activity in the payment process.
- Activity in betting strategy intended to harm the platform's operations.
3.3 Self-Closure of Account
A member may close their own account. It is recommended to withdraw any available balance before closing the account. To reactivate a closed account, you will need to contact the support team.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
7000bet currently accepts the following deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200, applicable to all methods.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits
The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer — are available for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour, though this may take longer if identity verification or further investigation is required.
Important: Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
4.3 Deposit Confirmation
If a completed deposit is not reflected in your account balance, please contact the 7000bet support team with the transaction reference number.
4.4 Bonus Balance and Real Balance
A member's account may hold two types of balance: real money (from deposits) and bonus money (from promotions). Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirements are met.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, with wagering set at ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.
5.2 Other Promotions
Specific eligibility conditions apply to weekly reload bonuses, slot festivals, cricket season offers, and other promotions. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and validity period, which are clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.
5.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Multiple bonuses from a single promotion cannot be claimed at the same time, unless explicitly permitted.
- Making a new deposit before the wagering requirements of a current bonus are met will not affect the wagering status of the bonus balance.
- 7000bet reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence that a member is abusing the bonus system.
- Bonuses received without a deposit (such as birthday rewards) are added directly to the bonus balance.
Please Remember: No bonus should be treated as free money. All bonuses are withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
6 Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, 7000bet reserves the right to void or cancel a bet under the following circumstances:
- A technical error or abnormal value in odds display.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed.
- If evidence of betting fraud is found.
- If a bet was placed based on incorrect information provided by the data supplier.
6.2 Live Betting
In live or in-play betting, odds may change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time of confirming a bet will be the final accepted value. If a bet is confirmed at changed odds due to network delay, those odds will apply.
6.3 Multi Bet
Multi bets can be placed by combining multiple events. If all selections in a multi bet are successful, returns are paid according to the combined odds; if even one selection fails, the entire bet is lost.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7000bet platform:
- Operating an account using another person's identity.
- Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name (multi-accounting).
- Abusing the bonus system or fulfilling wagering requirements through artificial means.
- Attempting to cause financial harm to the platform by coordinating multiple accounts.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or software errors to gain unfair advantages.
- Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
Warning: Accounts found to be involved in prohibited activities will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

11 Changes and Termination
11.1 Changes to Terms

11.2 Changes or Termination of Services
7000bet reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service, game category, or promotion. In such cases, existing members will be duly informed.
12 Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, you are first requested to contact the 7000bet customer support team directly. Most matters can be resolved quickly through discussion.
In case of a dispute, 7000bet's own records and log data will be used as the reference standard. Members may submit additional evidence if they wish, and 7000bet will take it into proper consideration.
Dispute Filing Deadline: Disputes must be filed within 30 days of bet settlement or transaction completion. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.
